Saturday

Afternoon Workshops start at 2pm

Workshop 1. Magic maps and Vision boards with Caroline Barry

This workshop is all about taking time out of life to sit and think about what you might need, how you might like to change direction in your life or what you want to call towards you.  It is a fun workshop where we build vision boards or magic maps to find our central needs and aspirations.  We will look at the power of visualisation, do a quietening practice to withdraw inwards, and in silence begin to build a map of our own future.

Workshop 2. The healing power of Prana with Patty Anderson

Hands-on healing where participants experience the rhythm of the breath of life.

Please bring blanket and cushion/pillow

Workshop 3.Dowsing with Gay Blake

If you have ever wondered: Is this the best food for me to eat today? Are there additives or preservatives in this food?;Do I have any allergies?—then this workshop will interest you.

Saturday contd.

Voice—Communal workshop with Noeleen Tyrrell 4.15 pm-5.45 pm

Using simple breathing techniques, we will set our voices free! We will learn some simple songs and vocal exercises and so experience the joy and opening of the heart that comes from singing together. This promises to be a fun and uplifting end to the day.

Evening meal 6pm

Social evening at 8.30 features presentation of Post Graduate Diplomas and Deepening the Practice Certificates to be followed by music and song with Patty and Noeleen and the collective talents of the group. 

Sunday

Yoga 1. Themed class with Aoife Lydon.

Bending over backwards. Working on asana that open the heart chakra build courage and stamina, and give us the energy that propels us to embrace life. Aoife will teach a class focusing on back bending asana—her favourites.

 Yoga 2. A Somatic approach to Yoga with Barbara Rocks

“Soma” is the Greek word for the living body. Somatic exercises help develop a sensory awareness of movement in areas of the body affected by sensory-motor amnesia.  Drawing on her many years’ experience as a Yoga teacher, Barbara will take the class through smooth, slow exercises designed to help sense and then release muscular tension.

Closing Workshop with Monique 12noon-1pm
