Workshop 1.
Magic maps and Vision boards with Caroline Barry
This workshop is
all about taking time out of life to sit and think about
what you might need, how you might like to change direction
in your life or what you want to call towards you. It is a
fun workshop where we build vision boards or magic maps to
find our central needs and aspirations. We will look at the
power of visualisation, do a quietening practice to withdraw
inwards, and in silence begin to build a map of our own
future.
Workshop 2. The
healing power of Prana with Patty Anderson
Hands-on healing
where participants experience the rhythm of the breath of
life.
