Initiation into a holographic sense of the mind
A series of deep mediation classes with Adrienne Crowe that
explores aspects of the mind. The theory is available on her
website: the experience is available in the workshop.
Initiate your body-mind during a Day of Silence.
While experience in yoga or meditation is of benefit, no
yoga experience needed just average fitness and flexibility.
There is no 'chalk and talk', rather the material is
conveyed through the practices of Antar Mouna, very gentle
exercise to raise awareness of prana flowing in the Nadis,
Ajapa Japa, lunch in silence, Aum chanting and Yoga Nidra.
The sessions can be attended as a series or one off.
Saturdays; 10.30 - 15.30: €50 per class includes light lunch
(organic veg soup and bread); small class Booking Essential.
